In need of a chocolate fix??

Try black bean brownies! These are really easy to make, gluten and dairy free and delicious!

Ingredients:

1 large can of black beans

2 large eggs

¼ cup of cocoa powder

2/3 cup of raw honey

1/3 cup of coconut oil (melted)

½ tsp of baking powder

pinch of salt

1 85% Lindt dark chocolate bar, crushed into small pieces.

 

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Place all ingredients, except for the chocolate) in a food processor and blend until smooth

Fold in the chocolate

Pour into a greased pan

Bake for 30-35 mins
